Thank you for shopping with TrendHaulUK. Please read our shipping 
information carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. 
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed 
the next working day.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
Express delivery (where available): 5–8 business days

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to 
customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods such as Christmas 
and Black Friday.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40. Orders 
under £40 are subject to a small shipping fee calculated at 
checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a 
confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this 
to monitor your delivery at any time.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your 
dispatch confirmation please contact us at 
farahahmed82@icloud.com and we will investigate immediately.

Customs & Import Duties
TrendHaulUK ships from international warehouses. In rare cases 
UK customs may apply additional charges. These charges are the 
responsibility of the customer. However this is uncommon for 
the products we sell.
